We are supporting our client a global organisation based London with the recruitment of an experienced HR Manager.
We’re looking for a true generalist with excellent people skills to assume the role of HR Manager in a small HR team of two on a permanent basis. The role will focus on delivering a high functioning generalist service to a warm and bright internal customer base. Forming an integral part of the Operations team, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to up-skill manager capability, develop HR policy and streamline processes, with the goal of providing a comprehensive and high quality HR service.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience in a generalist capacity and be well versed in HR best practice and current employment legislation. Exposure to supporting global HR operations, with a particular lean to international employment law, is essential and team leading experience is advantageous, as you will support the international business and have line management responsibility for a HR Assistant. This role would suit a strong HR manager looking to embrace a new challenge in a forward-thinking organisation.
Skills and experience:
CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
Solid experience in a true generalist HR role (4 years +)
Experience managing a complex Employee Relations caseload
Global HR exposure, particularly to international employment law
Skilled influencer, able to communicate effectively at all levels
Strategically minded, with proven experience in shaping people strategy
Exposure to working with global business units
Team leading experience advantageous
