Our client, is seeking an experienced HR professional, with significant change management experience to join the business and support them through a period of organisational change. This Interim HR Change Management role will be for a period of 6 months, commencing in the New Year.
You will be on supporting the Head of HR and the HR Team through this demanding and challenging period, utilising your experience and expertise to manage a restructuring program. You will also be expected to work across other areas of the HR department to support the team and the overall organisational business goals.
To succeed in this role you will be an HR professional with experience gained in a fast moving, demanding environment. You will be experienced in assisting with change management and restructuring programs and implementation of a HRIS. Your organisational and time management skills will help you prioritise and re-prioritise your workload and your ability to work effectively as part of a team will stand you in good stead.
Skills and Experience Required:
CIPD Qualified or equivalent with a proven track record of delivering change;
Experience of supporting, coaching and advising various levels of staff throughout change ensuring a mind-set of acceptance;
Must have worked within either a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role;
Have a good handle on Change Management and Restructuring programmes;
Experience of HRIS system implementation is advantageous.
Confident and self-motivated
Ideally with experience in a unionised environment.
