Digital Marketing Executive

We are supporting our client with the recruitment of an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing team based from the head office in Sevenoaks.  This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who wants to take their career in digital marketing up to the next level.

With an established, functioning, marketing process in place we would like to find someone who can take ownership of the strategy, add value through new ideas and quality content to improve performance of the company’s digital marketing platforms.

Ideally we are looking for someone with a relevant degree and a minimum of two years experience, it will also be great if you have experience working with Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, Word Press and Google Analytics.

You will be empowered to work on your own initiative and will have support from the sales and marketing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Keeping the Salesforce database in check. We need to keep the database clean, relevant, functional and well segmented. Tasks include identifying new leads to add, poor leads to remove and identifying hot leads for follow up.

Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy. This will include analysis of our existing marketing process, identifying the best platforms to use and setting a strategy around company milestones, creating relevant content from start to finish including developing a marketing brief, research, copy writing, photos, video, updating digital channels and running associated campaigns.

Continually improving digital marketing platforms. This will include analysis into the performance of marketing activity and making recommendations for ongoing improvements to improve digital marketing platform performance.

Getting employees on board with the marketing strategy. This is a big one, and will include communications inductions for new starters, close liaison with colleagues to find useful, current content ideas, using marketing channels to support recruitment, producing an internal news letter and creating a culture of company advocates.

Promoting the CPD training programme. A big part of this current strategy is client training events. Your responsibility will include selecting venues, promotion, and event management and collecting feedback.

You may also be called upon from time to time to support other team members with copy writing for new business PQQs.


The role and salary reflects a full time role, but we are also happy to hear from people who can fulfil the strategic part of the role but require a part time role due to other commitments.

A driving license and car will be useful because you may need to visit other offices and locations from time to time
