We are supporting our client a growing organisation based in the heart of Sevenoaks with the recruitment of a bright and numerate Accounts Administrator.  In order to be considered, you will have previous accounting administration experience and a stable work history.  

MAIN DUTIES 

  • Posting bank receipts
  • Checking expenses and inputting on database
  • Weekly reporting to directors regarding debtors
  • Monthly invoicing reports
  • Banking cheques
  • Entering purchase invoices on database
  • Transferring sales invoices from database to sage
  • Credit card expenses
  • Entering payments
  • Database administration

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Experience with Sage
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Invoicing experience
  • Ideally, lives in/ near to Sevenoaks

This is a growing company that will offer career progression. The hours are 9am to 5pm and the company is based in the heart of Sevenoaks. Permanent, full-time
